Our lush 1.5 acre property sits on the beautiful rolling waters of the Verde River which flows year round. We are only 35 minutes from the legendary red rocks of Sedona, and 2 hours from the world renowned Grand Canyon National Park. Fossil Creek, one of Arizona’s hidden treasures, is only 30 miles away.

The well-known spiritual mecca, and majestic red rocks of Sedona is only 27 miles away. Enjoy hiking, biking, swimming, Sedona’s famous Slide Rock Park, cliff jumping, world class eateries, crystal shops, holistic healing centers, jeep tours, energy vortexes, plus so much more to experience and explore!

A favorite for Arizona visitors is the historic ghost mining town of Jerome, only 40 minutes away. And on your way back to the River House, you can stop in the quaint town of Cottonwood for world class dining, craft beer, live music, and locally produced wines. You may also want to visit some of the many nearby vineyards and wineries in the lush green oasis of Page Springs on Oak Creek.
